New Carb(kind of)

Featured Replies

So I scored a few things at the local junkyard. Center caps and outer rings for the wheels, a ski rack that mounts to the stock rack, and what appears to be a close to new carb. Well, out with the old carb and in with the new. Everything appears to be connected but she just isn't running right. I keep messing with the air/fuel mixture as well as the throttle. Occasionally I'll get her where she is running good as well as Idle. However, when I give it a lot of gas she dies. And then on out- the Idle wont continue until I continue to tweek things. The carb I purchased had one or two of the vacuum lines plugged where the old one had lines going to it. Sorry, I'm new to the subaru thing and appreciate all help.

Thanks,

-Ryan
