I'm hoping for a smooth ride tomorrow, I'm installing my engine back into my legacy Sport, and I'm trying to figure out how to re-use the Clutch as it looks new. its the Hydraulic clutch system And I'm not sure how the Throw out bearing comes off. as it is attached to the Pressure plate, or can I get away with throwing it in there and then pushing the Arm into place?

You mean the release fork? removal?

Use a 10mm bolt and thread into the side it will pull out the retainer pin and remove it all as an assembly.
