Where to buy 3/4" PCV Hose

Featured Replies

Hi,

Car: 1994 Legacy 2.2L AT Non-Turbo with 180K miles.

I'm trying to replace the hose the comes off the engine near the IACV goes into a plastic T that then connects back to the PCV valve. Looks like the hose is 19mm (3/4"). Haven't been able to find anything locally (parts store and dealership). Any idea who might carry it?

Thanks,

Bob

Just replaced that same short hose last month on my son's '92 Legacy (fixed one heck of a chronic oil leak problem!) Got it from Jason at Mike Scarff Subaru, 866-528-5282.

Suggest you get a new plastic T at the same time. They get brittle over time--ours looked fine but broke in two when we tried to remove it.

Good luck.

Car Quest.

19/32 EVAP rated hose.

3/4" heater hose will work too:rolleyes:.....but will begin to swell and sweat oil after 2 or 3 years.

with heater hose you will have to run extra length to get a wide enough radius of a bend to not form a kink.

if you can find it, go with the evap rated hose. i have never seen it myself, i have always used heater hose if i couldnt source a used spare.

Thanks for the replies. Ended up digging around the NAPA website some more and found some (didn't show up on initial search). Part number is NBH H187.
