My brothers Legacy GT has a non function check engine light and possibly a low fuel light. What can i do to fix this. Do i change out a lightbulb or do i need to change out the whole dash.

Yes you will have to replace the bulb. A subaru part.

 

Pull the gauge cluster and put in a new bulb.
