The heater/ac panel lights are not working on my 97 Impreza. If you hit the dash, you can sometimes get them to come on for a few minutes, but then they go off again. Probably a wiring issues, what's the best way (if there is one) to access the wiring or the back of the control switches.

You can pull the vents off and get access to the HVAC control panel to get access to check things out.
