April 8, 201015 yr Later today, after work, I'm going to start swapping a 5 speed d/r into my wagon (87 GL). But before I tear into it, I was wondering, are the flexplate bolts long enough to use on the flywheel?
April 8, 201015 yr No they are not. Flywheel bolts are about twice as long. Yep. I think I have a spare set. Could sell em to you, maybe $20 for the set (+ shipping)
April 9, 201015 yr Author So anyway, I was going to start with the swap today, but I found out that my work crew is going to be heading to Rhode Island for 30 days to help fight the flooding (news story). So if I don't reply to anyone for awhile, that's where I'll be hatchsub: I thought they might be, but thanks for confirming Sonicfrog: I might take you up on that, it'll have to be when I get back ivantruckman: I did, but when I was pulling parts from the it, I didn't have access to an impact, and I didn't have a breaker bar
