My driver's door window would not go up very far this morning. It made a crunching noise. I had to get out of the car and pull the window up while pulling on the window switch. I would appreciate any help. The car is a '00 OBW.

The "crunching" part doesn't sound good. Things are binding up in the mechanism somehow so you are going to have to remove the door panel and check things. You may have to replace the window regulator.

I took the door panel off on the OBW. I found 2 bolts that were in the plastic covering. I played around with the switch and finally got the regulator aligned to the bolt holes. I tried the window several times before I put everything back together.
