June 25, 201015 yr Remove the 2 plastic surrounding pieces that cover the steering column. At the bottom of the t/s stalk is two phillips screws, take them out and unplug. Easy as that

June 25, 201015 yr Love how Subarus are easy to work on! Isn't it great? The secret of all that, is the flasher is inside the switch too Knowing that will save you a lot of time if you ever need to look for it to diagnose.
