My hatchback latch on my 97 outback is a worthless,rusty mess.My question is where is the best place to get a new assembly?Also, my rear wiper motor is also shot.

Here's a link to some hatch latch info. Scroll down a ways for prices and part numbers and a link to some great instructions Commuter posted for replacing the latch. It's pretty easy to do. I got my parts from 1stsubaruparts.com.
