T case mod questions

Featured Replies

For those of you who have done the t case mod. i have a couple of questions(or those of you who know)

from what ive gathered a nissan 720 transfercase is the ideal. so here is my qusetion

how do you mate the two togeter. is it a bolt togher type thing or is it a short drive shaft thing. please if anyone has pix of the process id love to see them. thanks

brian

The intermedeat shaft from the Datsun/Nissian truck will slip right into the back of the Subaru tans (small world huh) and that is what conects them. It also gives U the proper spacing between the 2. With some slight mods the shifter will then come up right next to the pass. seat in the car;)

sweet so all that needs to be done is to fabricate a mount for the t-case and do just slip them together, as fare as putting the two together. thanks .
