So, I noticed that I can "enable or disable" my private messaging, yet a new user friend of mine cant enable private messaging yet... How come?

Thats really odd, I just realized I cant PM either

I read that I have to enable it, so I went to the FAQs page and looked it up... This is what I get when I click on "Private Messaging"

 

Sam_Subaru, you do not have permission to access this page. This could be due to one of several reasons:

1. Your user account may not have sufficient privileges to access this page. Are you trying to edit someone else's post, access administrative features or some other privileged system?
   
2. If you are trying to post, the administrator may have disabled your account, or it may be awaiting activation.
   

Private messaging automatically is activated after you have 10 posts. I found that I could not use it before then.

Yep, 10 posts and you are ready to go. This post gets me closer too.
