I know that Impreza seats are cross compatible with other Imprezas. Does anyone know if 04 WRX seats will bolt into a 95 Legacy?

They'll fit like a glove. Pretty much any subaru seat can go in any other subaru car from the mid 80's to current. The new ('10) Outback might be different, but all the others I've seen are the same or close enough when it comes to mounting.

They will fit yes but for new gen seats to GL cars it takes some rail swapping but i do know the impreza and legacys are ok to swap with no mods and in your case i thnk you should be ok might need to do the rails but i doubt it.
