November 22, 201015 yr Hey just got myself an 84' Subaru GL Wagon 4WD. Just drove it for the first time in the snow this morning and I LOVE it!!! I have always been a Toyota fan but now that I have driven this thing I don't quite know anymore... Looking to put quite a bit of work in to because it is pretty beat. Anyways, hoping to enjoy my Subaru for many years to come. Also have a few questions but I will post in the proper forum? "Older Generation of Subarus: 80's/XT/Loyales..." Haha and enjoy the snow.
November 22, 201015 yr Author Heres some pics for ya =D She sure isn't pretty though haha Once it starts getting warm out im going to do some body work and prep for paint. Has anybody ever taken off the side molding off and filled it? Was wondering how it would look. Also planning on toyota 6 lug or 15" Peugeot rims and probably 4" to 6" lift. Also Ive got a dual carb setup off an 80's model brat set aside for it too... Eventually will rebuild with 1600cc pistons... I read that the 84' and up heads flow the best?
