My interior fans arent working, the one eat my legs are but the ones up high are, im still getting heat at the lower ones how can i fix the upper ones?

There is only one fan for the climate control system. Near the heater core, there is a divider panel that directs the air to either the floor, vents or defroster. We would need to know what year and model subaru you have, to help figure out what's wrong.

Did every thing work before you did your engine swap?

nope never have and it doesnt matter right now anyways took out the thermostat til i get the adapter for the carb with my new intake due to some issues with the housing
