83 EA81 gl wagon

 

Lights seem to dim and brighten based one engine rpm, and all the warning lights on the right side of teh dash (brake, battery, parking brake) lights are on and dimming and brightening based on engine rpm

 

 

Would this be the altenator or is there something else to check?

 

I know i can take the altenator off and get it tested which is pry what i will do.

yep, classic alternator issues. check battery, alt connections, and battery connections to be sure but this is typical alt failure. replace sooner rather than late as a dying alt or poor electrical system can prematurely wear the battery too.
