1982gl4 Posted January 7, 2011 Share Posted January 7, 2011 The auto's suck for interstate commuting. (If that's what you are doing) they are only a three speed and get pretty annoying after a while. If you need an Auto an early legacy would be much better for a commute (also much nicer to drive and the early 2.2 engines are indestructible ). Other wise I would look for a five speed. Also I believe the timing belts are do every 60k?? So those may need to be done again if they were done 50k ago. Other than that a muffler is an easy fix (unless the whole exhaust is rotted) and it looks in pretty good shape.
