Would tighter springs help my 01 impreza outback sport to not blow around so much on the highway? Can I upgrade the springs and not the shocks? Thanks

What size tires do you have on it? High sidewalls give a less stable ride when going into turns. Might be the same thing on the highway.

I bought the car used from a subaru dealer and it came with 205/60 R15's. What measurements are 205/60?

They're 205mm wide and the sidewall is 0.60 x 205mm tall.
