Quick oil pump question

Featured Replies

This is for an EA82 oil pump. So I took out these things thinking that was all that would come out of that particular hole:

A little while later I tipped the pump the wrong way and these fell out. Could someone help me with how these go back in, and did I find all the pieces? Thanks.

I got it all figured out. Pretty simple really. I just had to use my brain a little...

i'll try to complete this.

small washers are for the oil pump bolts themselves (not shown).

the large nut and washer cap the hole that the spring and cylindrical pressure mechanism thingy slide into.

The washers fell out along with the cylindrical plug thing. I think they're used as spacers inside of it, (the more you have the shorter the spring etc.) I had all the bolt washers with their bolts.:)
