93 fuel pump problem

Good day to all! I have recently installed a CCR longblock in my 93 Loyale. The engine cranks over, but no fuel. The fuel pump relay and fuse are both checking out good. There is no power to the fuel pump. Trying to chase down a bad ground issue. None of the Chilton's wiring diagram wire colors match what is in the vehicle. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Got power to the relay coil/contact? (BW wire.)

 

BTW,ECU activates fuel pump by grounding the relay coil.
