March 7, 200422 yr I know this sounds crazy.....but i was thinking about this today...one Throt body for each head, and Air flow meter....to achieve Dual SPFI! Ofcourse, this would be a replacement for the stock EA82 SPFI with the single port heads.... More airflow to complement the Delta cams and such.... Ofcourse, a custom manifold would be needed for this.

March 7, 200422 yr You seen the size of the shared intake ports on SPFI? Teeny. Cheaper & easier to put MPFI heads/intake on, if you can get the CR up. Which is exactly what Subaru themselves did with the (EJ18?), isn't it?
March 7, 200422 yr if you want dual spfi ditch the maf and go with a megasquirt ecu so you can at least tune the fuel delivery
March 8, 200422 yr Author yeah....i wont be doing this anytime soon. just throwing it out there. This DL has no power at all. My turbo on 3 cyls is faster.
