I just came back from a long trip but it's been doing it before I left but I noticed say if I run the car in like a depressed manhole cover and the car rides in and out of it, I get this suspension popping sound from the rear.. I really can't tell for sure what it is yet.

 

the top strut mounts perhaps?

Bushings, strut mount, broken spring, broken sway bar link are a few possibles.
