Lately I've noticed that when I turn my wheel it binds up and clicks then gets easyer to turn

What could be making that noise...also when I'm backing up my car makes a squeeling noise

Lately I've noticed that when I turn my wheel it binds up and clicks then gets easyer to turn

sounds like the steering shaft ujoint.

 

does it have any binding/noises when turning the wheel while sitting still?

 

squeeling while backing up? brake wear indicator? that sounds odd.

No real noses when I turn the wheel just gets hard to turn like worse then not having power steering and yea my car is very odd it fixes its self some times and I don't know how but I do need to do breaks...pretty bad but they don't squeal
