head cycle gasket.

Featured Replies

should i put rubber seal glue on the head cycle gasket?

because of i was put pretty alot on the head cycle gasket and there have a flood coolant by pinion and spark plug. because of wont fire it....:-\

im wonder if torque on the head cycle bolt after 3 step is 45-50FT lb? not over-tight?

check to see that the intake gasket is not leaking, since there is a water jacket. Also check the little hose from the thermostat to toe top of the block.

Any leaks there will tend to pool up in the #3 spark plug.

"there have a flood coolant by pinion"...what does "by pinion" mean?

sounds like you may be seeing coolant leaking externally? in that case i'd look at intake manifold gaskets like Miles said. get them from Subaru, the aftermarket ones are usually thin cardboard-like crap.

what headgasket did you use? Subaru or other?

what engine? there's 5 possibilities.

on the right side passage; head cycle was flood from coolant seem stuck cant going trough into and there's leaky coolant from muffler (Catalytic Converter).. But other left driver; head cycle is good, no leak, no coolant flood in the pinon.
