Before I tear out my dash (which will probably happen eventually, anyway), I wanted to see if anyone has seen these electrical gremlins before:

 

1. With headlights on, switching on the turn signal, lef or right, illuminates both left and right (like hazards)

2. The tach seems to bounce along with the turn signal when it's on

I suggest you clean the ground connections under the hood and the dash area to see if that helps clear the trouble. Cleaning the battery connections is a good thing to do also.
