hi yes the reinforced correct ones.

regular o rings will tend to mush flat but they deform out of shape because there is no reinforcement to hold them round just rubber, and the characteristic deformed hump closes off part of the oil passage its sealing and may be enough to cause the tic/ clack hla's , i've tried it , but never again.
