oops Gen 2 hatch.

 

Mine heats the feet pretty good but not so good on defrosting the window when fogged up. The problem is that it is on defrost not floor. My other gen two is doing something similar but not as bad and the ducting is all connected. Is there something I am missing? the controls feel normal not too easy like a broken or removed rod but not stiff like they are frozen.
