well on the way home with the new tags for the RX the wagon decided to start smoking like a pig.. and 2nd gear is completely gone now.. 1 and 3 work fine if you manually shift it, lol.. 1 shudderes bad from a dead stop as well..

 

but as far as the smokin goes i think the modulator went out and it sucked the trans fluid out the tailpipe, lol.. i was havin to put 1-2 quarts in it a week too..

 

ahh well good thing i have the stuff to convert.. in the meantime i'm drivin my RX

change the modulator, clean the gov.

jules and I both have worked over 2 different gov's already.. and i changed the modulator at one point and it made the problem worse, lol.. the gov's do nothing, not matter what ya do to it.. and the front diff is eating them up anyways..

 

its just toast.... 5sp, PB 4wd is going in..

well not too worried about it at this point... the RX is back on the road.. and we still have the little hatch.. so as long as they both run the wagon can sit fer awhile..

 

will prolly get miles and his crew to come play with it..
