unwonted rear fountain on 98 Subaru Legacy - window washing fluid leaking

The rear wiper washer as a habit of squirting window washing fluid out every time I accelerate. The people at the Subaru dialer told me that there is a check valve that must need replacing and gave me a paper diagram of the wiper system, but I can not figure out how where this check valve is at on the car or to access it.

I don't have any idea. but I would be interested to know where it is as well. Mine doesn't squirt out when I'm driving though. Mine hardly sprays at all. It will only go about halfway up the window.
