Hey guys i'm brand new to this forum, I've got an 06 FXT.

I've been searching over every forum I can find to locate my duty solinoid c wire. Seems like it's a very easy MOD, If only i could find the correct wire.

The more I read the more confused I get, It seems on one post you need to supply power to the wire, where as another you have to interupt it in order for it to work.

Has any one done this on an 06 model?

If I could get a pin out of an 06 TCM that would help, but i've had no luck.

 

The schematics Ive seen show three connectors going to the TCM B54,55,56

Mine only has two connecors. non turbo says pin 15. where as the turbo model says pin 4 on B56?

thoroughly confused!!!

What I'll throw in is if you are really going off-road this may be a useful mod, especially as having the front/rear locked together can be quite useful going down-hill, but 99.999% of the time you won't get a real gain with the switch.

 

If you are really going off-road, you'll want to think about what to do with the ABS...
