I have the passenger head on and I already did the back the bolts off 180 twice and then tighten 1 & 2 to 25 ft-lb and 3,4,5 & 6 to 11 ft-lb my question is after setting that I have to further tighten them 80 degrees? I just want to be sure.

Yeah they have to be tightened at least another, but no more than, 180 degrees, 90 degrees at a time. A torque angle gauge helps for this.
