was wondering since my new wagon is auto, i dunno if i cant to change to manual,

 

so i was wondering if a ft4wd auto tranny out of a XT would work with my 87 GL wagon?

or is there anything else i can do to make the car have a little more pep so its easier to hop ontot he highway? other then the simple things like new ignition, etc, etc.

 

like different gears in the pumpkin, different auto tranny...
