If you replaced the timing belt my guess would be that you didn't use the mark on the crank sensor trigger wheel but rather the one on the sprocket. Don't ask me why I think that could happen.

Are you talking about the two notches one on the crankshaft where the belt is and the other right under the sensor? Both are lined up when I did the timing and book and Internet says it's right.... I tripple checked it. Along with the cams.

this bull happened to me too. i had everything lined up and everything but i had no spark. it turned out my wiring under the dash had become loose and wasnt getting a good connection. i could see up in there very well. so ai got mad and grabbed the harness and started shaking it back and forth and the connection came back together. and i got spark back. mine was on a 93 legacy. the power for spark came from the alt to the fuse then on to the main power for the ignitier. it hasnt failed since i shook it.

the weird thing though is im getting power to the ignitor, i checked yusterday with my test light. but then nothing to the plugs... i know the ignitor is good because i swaped it with one out of my Legacy, ill try shaking wires today haha maybe ill get lucky.

the crappy thing is it ran perfect befor i took it apart, (other than the oil leaking)

well i started looking at the timing belt agin and noticed the cam pulley on the drivers side was about 1/4" from the cam senson! so i compared to to the lego and it was way off!!

long story short.... left it right and right is left....... i got the pulleys backwords.....

thanks guys for the help!
