looking to work on my ride

Featured Replies

I bought a 1987 subaru gl a while back and I am looking to do some work on it But not sure what needs to be done.

Any advice on what I should replace or check on?

I have done an oil change and the spark plugs look new. I have also done the right cv joint.

It would be helpful to know any symptoms, problems or leaks you have. Otherwise as far as maintenance goes, if you don't know when the timing belts were changed, do those along with all the o-rings and seals including the oil pump, maybe a water pump, valve cover gaskets, A/C and power steering belts, and any other items like that you can think of.
