injector died today but I got a secondary code for the iac?

Are the related? I obviously have to fix the injector (#3) right away, is the iac reading that problem and giving its own code as well?

I got a full tank of gas and went to eat dinner, not a mile away, ate, got to the car and there it started....drove to the grocery store with it loping and stumbling. Pulled the codes and checked my code sheet I keep handy, then babied it home. 90 lego stuffed into an 87 brat. I've been driving with no probs for a good while now, till today.
