Just introducing myself. I am a longtime Subaru fanatic, 'specializing' in 1985.5-1993 gl/loyales. I own a 1985.5 that I use for offroading that is lifted 3", has the exhaust running out the hood, a snorkel, and 4wheel chains. I drive a 1991 loyale that is pretty standard. I also recently purchased a 1986 gl 2-door fastback that I plan on fixing up. I am dying to find a car with an EA82 turbo that is in my area. My longterm plan for one of my cars is to convert it to a buggy tubestyle frame mounted over the Subaru drivetrain. I have never seen anyone do this, so I think it needs to be done. I you have seen this done, please direct me toward the person/site/pictures.
