So it's finnaly getting above freezing so I thought I'd fix the ugly dented rusted hatch I have by putting the original hatch back on

 

And as you might guess the window is spiderwebed

 

So my question is how hard would it be to swap it from the ugly to the not ugly?

How does the trim come off?

What kinda tools would I need?

I don't have the money to pay a shop so I'm doing this on my own

 

They are bOth 87s so there shouldn't be any differences unless I'm wrong

spent 3 hrs yesterday trying to get my hatch out of the 2 feet of ice its stuck in no luck.

 

So this is postponed till it gets even warmer.

 

That is unless someone here knows a handy trick to get things out of ice.

 

In retrospect putting the hatch there was not a good idea.
