Hi,

Anyone have any ideas on having round tube bumpers made to put on the front and back of my 86 Brat?

What size and what gauge to use? Can I buy anything at the Home improvement stores and use my MIG welder to fabricate.

Same questions for fabricating a grill guard for use with a winch?

very easily done. i have made severeal front/rears and am currently building another set. helps that my brother is a railing builder and has access to all the pipe benders,nothers and supplies.

use , 1 1/2" angle . bolted to stock bumper locations, sticking out from body as needed. and weld some pipe to these angles, light tabs,brush guards,flag holders, recovery points its all up to your imagination.

great and easy project...
