2 Gasket Kits for 96 Outback?

The Subaru dealer shows 2 different engine gasket kits offered for the 1996 Outback w/ 2.5 liter twin cam.

There's a $100 price difference between the two.

Does anybody know how these 2 kits differ?

I know that there are a couple different valve cover gaskets for 96. I don't know why they are $100 different in priceicon5.gif

10105AA161 is for a legacy made up to 5/96 2500cc $258.62

 

10105AA401 is for a legacy made from 6/96-5/99 2500cc $175.22

What is the content of such a kit? Just the 2 gaskets or also all of the camcover/plug stuff.
