Bumper bolt thread stripped.......

I was trying to remove a rear bumper @ P&P junk yard. Got three of the bumper bolts out, but the fourth bolt was just sitting there as I turned my wrench, no matter how hard I tried to get it out. Feel like the thread has been stripped.

Any advice on what to do? The bolt is 17mm and I dont know if drill it out maybe an option?

Drill it out or grind the head off, you probably broke the spot welds that hold the captured nut to the bumper so the nut is just spinning.
