ok so the ej22 in my vortex was on the way out so i put the ej25 dohc engine back in.

but now it has spark, noid lights are showing the injectors should be firing. but nothing?

would the ej22 crank gear be differant or the positions on the cam gear (for the cam angle) be differant to the ej22?

 

could i just switch the one cam and crank gear over for ej22 items to trick it?

 

i have complete ej22 wiring on engine and main loom, idle air control and all other sensors are ej22.

 

or could i re'pin the exsiting loom (ej22) to suit this ej25 ecu?

and if someone can point me to a pin out for the above ecu that would be great!

Yes, the cam marks on the sprocket that the cam angle sensor reads may be different between the two engines.
