Just a quick question... how do you measure a rim for tire sizing?

 

My Jackman is 6.5" when measured but I read somewhere that the Jackmans are 5.5" wheels and of course now I cant find that article/posting... was along the lines of 80s Subarus use a 13X5.5" wheel

 

Jackmans are 13" and trying to put them on 205/60/13 tires... apparently on 5.5" wheels thats not a good plan.
