subarux Posted August 8, 2012 Share Posted August 8, 2012 I've been considering purchasing a 2013 Legacy, but have read reports of a/c problems with Subarus. Something about the air not being cool when outside temps are high. Never had a Subaru, but am keeping an eye on them. Has anyone experienced an a/c problem? Particularly in '12 Legacy's. idosubaru Posted August 8, 2012 Share Posted August 8, 2012 that issue is very specific, not anything Subaru has really encountered before, and is relegated to only the base models (i think), if you buy a limited it won't matter. and it may only be outbacks...i can check later, but which model are you specifically looking at? there is at least one really good thread about it on subaruoutback.org, you should read that thread. subarux Posted August 8, 2012 Author Share Posted August 8, 2012 Wife wants a '12 or '13 Legacy 2.5i EX, but base would be ok with me. I'm either gonna get a Subaru or a '12 Honda CRV EX.
