So im looking to install an Isuzu solid rear axle w/ drum brakes. Does anyone know what gear ratio i have or where i can get the info? i have an 89 gl 4wd auto. any info would be much appreciated. thanks.

The gear ratio for your GL should be on the sticker on the back of your diff. It might be dirty but it should be there.

Your ratio is 3.700. The ratio for the Isuzu is 4.56. The closest thing you will find would be a 3.90 or 4.11 ratio in a Nissan 710. You will have to run wheel spacers on the rear. You will have to change out the auto for a manual.
