im sure this has been posted several times but i have an 85 GL and looking to either raise it or lower it what suspension can i use or where can i get it. Is there any newer subies with compatable mounts even if needing a little mod or no.

you can raise it easly with a lift block , im curious that your not sure if  you want to lower it or raise it. or am i reading it wrong ??

no you read it right im still on the fence of if i want to raise it or lower it. I like the look of the off road but also like the look of lowered. A lot of guys do the raised and i dont want to look like all the other GLs out there.

You can raise the rear by 1 to 2 inches by buying some used rear loyale coil shocks.  Makes it look sweet, without making it dangerous.
