Another issue on the road to fixing stuff. Checked my transmission mounts...good. look a little to the left and notice the crossmember isn't touching the car. weird. so I go looking further and find out I can lift the transmission and the crossmember goes with it. Turns out there's a good 1.5" of gap between where the bolt bottoms out on threads and where the crossmember SHOULD be...I can't find this part anywhere. WHAT DO I DO!?!??! The only thing holding the motor and transmission from falling back is the stabalizer bar/dog bone. Scary as all be!
