HELP No fuel to the carburetor

Featured Replies

I have an old 82 brat I am trying to get running. Have changed out the rusty gas tank. Also took a fuel pump from an 84. Hooked the pump straight to fuse box and ground. Can hear the fuel pump running, but no gas is getting to the carb. A I going to have to replace all the fuel lines. Please tell me NO!

try bolwing compresed air back thru the line gas cap off and rag over hole should clear the line had thiss problem with my 79 once you get feul moving is a good idea to run it thru into a can to clear the lines and tank before hooking up carb put a clear fillter in line so you can see whats in the tank
