Better off putting in an EJ motor.

More power, more durable, no midification to crossmember

and it will last more than 6 months between blowing HGs, or cracking heads.

He just said "turbo motors".....could be anything. I suppose since this is a Subaru board, we could probably assume he's talking about a subaru motor.

So, with the amount of information in the question, I'm going with NorthWet. Yes it's possible, and yes something will have to be modified.

I guess since he didn't say newer motor or bigger motor i just assumed.  Fair enough.

Modify the crossmember, and he could put in any Suby turbo motor in it. That's true with any subaru really. Anythings possible.

I still kinda think he meant EA82t into EA82 car.......which is just silly anymore.  Most who want to do this swap would be happier with an NA EJ.

Wait......Who am I talkin to?  You know almost more than anybody about this.  You wrote the book ;)  and with it hooked me on EJ Swap Crack.

Oh yeah,  Retrofitting instead of Transplants?  could this be moved?
