my brown car eats motors

Featured Replies

so i put mobil one in this mpfi engine, that i transplanted to my 86 hatchback. it died 50 miles later. im not blaming it on mobil one, but damnit! i dont know what happened. the engine isnt dead yet, but the oil is sparkley now.

the plugs look blackened, and slightly oily, not lean, like i expected. this sucks alot, because its the second junkyard motor its eaten. i know its not the cars fault, its me =[.

anybody bringing an engine to the midwest meet? seriously, i need a new 1.8 with low miles. anything will do
