The factory clerance is .025 for the exahust? Why does that seem to thick?

 

Bah stupid feeler gauge tool OEM 25024 I was looking at the wrong blade I hate how the tips are grounded down thinner to make it easy.

No it's .25MM

 

not .025 in.

 

.25mm = about .010 in.
