It might, now you ask, but tailgate may not clear it in fully open position

Yes they do. But you have to modify them to fit like drill wholes in the brackets or switch bracks to brat ones and then you have to cut 2 chuncks of plastic out. Or you can use a chrome bumper and modify it and use brat end caps.
